Spyros ist ein alternder griechischer Imker. Am Tag der Hochzeit seiner Tochter findet er die Feier so traurig, dass er beschließt, seine Familie zu verlassen und mit seinem Wagen durch Griechenland zu fahren. Vielleicht findet er die perfekte Blumenwiese für seine Bienen... Unterwegs trifft er eine Anhalterin, und eine seltsame Liebesgeschichte zwischen diesen beiden verlorenen Wesen beginnt.
