A la fin du XIXe siècle en Arizona, la petite ville de Tombstone est régie par la riche propriétaire terrienne Jessica Dumond et ses hommes de main. Griff et ses frères Wes et Chico, tous trois hommes de loi, y sont envoyés afin de remettre de l’ordre. Dès leur arrivée, ils interceptent et mettent en prison Brockie, le frère déviant et sadique de Jessica Dumond. Mais la belle ne l’entend pas de cette façon et envoie ses quarante tueurs le libérer. Les hommes de loi découvrent bientôt qu’en plus d’être une femme redoutable, Jessica est très séduisante…
