The romantic misadventures of four friends in their forties. Bouly, a seducer, suffers from his wife's constant flights from home; Simon, a pessimistic doctor, lives under the iron rule of his possessive mother; Daniel, an homosexual, still mourns a lost love. Level-headed Etienne is considering being unfaithful to his wife for the first time; his undertaking leads the four buddies into a hilarious predicament!
