Hong Kong. Dans la ville grouillante, quatre trajectoires s’entremêlent. Deux flics un peu perdus attendent l’amour : l’un noie son chagrin dans un bar, l’autre dans des ananas en conserve ou dans un fast-food, où la jolie Faye travaille comme serveuse. Pendant ce temps, une mystérieuse dealeuse, avec sa perruque blonde et ses lunettes de soleil, arpente les rues de la ville.
