Au sein de la brigade des mineurs (BMP), les policiers sont confrontés à des situations difficiles, de la pédophilie à la souffrance de jeunes maltraités. Ils tentent malgré tout de maintenir un semblant d’équilibre psychique et personnel. Lorsque Mélissa s’immisce dans leur quotidien au travail pour réaliser un reportage photo, Fred, le plus affecté du groupe, a du mal à prétendre que tout va bien.
