Richard, 16 ans, vit avec sa mère dans une petite ville de province. En face de chez lui vit Marion, jeune mère dont l’adolescent guette les allées et venues. Lorsqu’il réussit enfin à l’approcher, Richard entraîne Marion dans une histoire d’amour complexe, ayant pour lieu de rendez-vous le Bar des Rails.
