Le Père Logan est un jeune prêtre à la beauté angélique et à l’intégrité irréprochable. Mais un soir, un employé de sa paroisse lui confesse avoir tué un homme. Le prêtre décide alors de suivre les règles sacrées de l’Eglise et d’en garder le secret. Mais lorsque son passé trouble et son ancienne histoire d’amour refont surface, il se retrouve accusé du meurtre.
