Renfield se rend en Transylvanie afin de conclure une transaction immobilière. Sur place, il fait la connaissance de l’étrange comte Dracula et ne tarde pas à tomber sous son emprise. Ils repartent ensemble pour Londres, où de mystérieux crimes commencent à secouer les autorités...

Notes : adaptation de la pièce de Broadway de Hamilton Deane et John L. Balderston, elle-même basée sur le roman de Bram Stoker.
