In einem Fischerdorf ist Fusajiro ein Mann, der das Meer liebt und leidenschaftlich gerne Thunfisch fischt. Eines Tages stellt ihm seine Tochter den Mann vor, den sie liebt, der aus der Stadt kommt und davon träumt, Fischer zu werden.
