Après un exil de quelques années aux États-Unis, l’ancien producteur de télévision Joachim Zand fait son « come-back” en France. Il revient avec une troupe de strip-teaseuses « New Burlesque » pour une tournée dans tout l’hexagone. Le spectacle ultime, tant attendu, a lieu à Paris : mais le passé tumultueux de Joachim dans la capitale le rattrape et lui cause bien des ennuis…
